This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address which may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

3. IMAGE USAGE The Foundation is authorized to use finished project and in-office imagery supplied by various foodservice consulting firms (“Image Providers”). The Foundation has obtained the right to use these images, which are displayed on this website. The Image Providers have represented and warranted that they are the lawful owners of these images, that the images are original, do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, proprietary, or personal rights of others, and that they have full power to grant the rights to use these images. The Image Providers assume full responsibility for the images they have provided, including but not limited to, any legal or intellectual property disputes that may arise from the use of these images. If you believe that an image infringes upon your rights or if you have any disputes regarding the images, please contact the respective Image Provider. The Foundation expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for any disputes arising out of the use of these images. The Foundation acts merely as a licensee of these images and any concerns should be taken up directly with the respective Image Provider. 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will the Foundation be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Foundation’s website. 

5. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of this website immediately.
